We are currently recruiting for an S&OP Manager to be based at our client’s Supply Chain office in Zurich. Covering the end-to-end S&OP area, you will have responsibility for improving Supply Chain operations and planning through benchmarking and assessing industry standards – you will manage and develop new S&OP processes with the overall aim of taking the function to an improved level and towards best in class standards.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will have previous experience in an FMCG business and be accustomed to the demands of a fast-paced environment. The S&OP Manager will bring excellent planning, communication and project management skills, and will have an understanding of how to apply industry trends in order to deliver improvements across quality, cost and service areas. With a fact-based approach, you will also lead digital technology improvement projects from strategy definition through to execution.
Through strong analytical thinking and previous S&OP experience, the successful applicant will be capable of increasing the maturity of the S&OP process. This will include realigning S&OP as a business process, with the long-term aim of implementing IBP within the group.
