Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Global Customer Project Manager for our client to be based in their Zug HQ. Operating within the Business Services industry the ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with a strong passion for Project Management and Customer Service and the ability to deliver the end to end project life cycle from request to execution.

The successful Global Customer Project Manager will have a proven track record in owning the project life cycle and delivering improvements to processes through best in class project management. You will have experience in not only leading existing projects but also project and process creation - through identifying customer requirements from the outset the Global Customer Project Manager will be tasked with delivering workable trade solutions to both new and existing customers on a bespoke basis.


Ideally PMP qualified you will be comfortable working with internal stakeholders to understand processes, analyse methods and define what improvements can be made before going on to lead the delivery of the project to implement the defined goals. As an effective account and project manager, you will be accustomed at ensuring deadlines are met as well as developing relationships, understanding the business environment and demonstrating initiative by recognising process optimisation opportunities.


As the Global Customer Project Manager you will relish the opportunity to work both independently but also as part of a wider team, to lead projects across multiple countries and add variety to the current business function whilst ensuring customer expectations are met. You will need to hold a natural desire for process optimisation and embolden a culture of continuous improvement.


We are looking for a high calibre candidate with the following skill sets:

  • Educated to Degree or equivalent level
  • Circa 8+ years working experience in a Project Management, Process Improvement and Customer Delivery capacity
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally to engage with various stakeholders across the business
  • Key project management exposure with demonstrable experience of leading projects to a successful conclusion in line with customer requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), plus a strong knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
  • Fluency in English, other language skills would be an advantage
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
