Our client is seeking a German speaking Project Procurement Manager to join their team in St Gallen. Providing support across all procurement streams the role will require a proactive focus with the requirement to deliver new contracts and ensure the strategic and operational delivery of procurement projects are completed. Focussing primarily on activity associated with ongoing projects the Project Procurement Manager will ideally have previous experience in either the Automotive, Aerospace or Manufacturing industries.

Working closely with key stakeholders in both Procurement and Supply Chain you will ensure that compliance with supplier contracts are met whilst also carrying out relevant risk assessments to identify uncertainties within the projects and subsequent risk mitigation work. You will contribute to the supplier development program by adding value and taking a mid-term view on all strategic procurement topics whilst ensuring that internal stakeholders are fully supported in their procurement activities and administration of contracts related to project work.
The Project Procurement Manager will also be responsible for the monitoring of deliveries, OTIF and current claim management. We are seeking an individual who can make immediate impacts and adapt to a procurement function that is developing quickly and needs to ensure that processes are conducted not only efficiently but also in line with the overarching procurement strategy of the group.
