A international market leading company is currently looking for a Senior HR Generalist to look after their employees in Geneva and Paris.


Senior HR Generalist, Geneva, Switzerland


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company that is investing in their HR function. This is a brand new role and will report into the VP HR EMEA. The role will be the first point of contact for employees and line managers, including the Management team.

Senior HR Generalist responsibilities for the entire employee lifecycle for approximately 140 employees in Geneva and Paris:

  • Recruitment of new employees
  • Onboarding process
  • Bespoke customer-focused support to address all HR related issues and concerns
  • Support and guide the line managers in all HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits
  • Project-related special tasks in an international environment
  • Creating HR reports
  • Master data maintenance of all personal data

Senior HR Generalist Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR within Switzerland and ideally France
  • Strong knowledge in labour and social security laws
  • Convincing and engaging personality
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team in a high stress fast pace work environment
  • Fluency in English & French is essential
  • Degree or commercial apprenticeship in Human Resources
