Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Geneva, Switzerland, 7-month contract – Ideally starting in the summer
Reporting into the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be the expert for stakeholders across multiple countries, focusing on Compensation & Benefits tasks such as working through salaries, bonuses, studies, surveys on salaries and reporting on the information. The role will also provide support on global, companywide HR projects, programs and initiatives by managing internal and external stakeholders.
