Finance Business Partner – Basel, Switzerland

We are currently searching for a German-speaking Finance Business Partner to join our client who are based in Basel. You will be helping to launch a new sustainable business product for the company, which will involve helping with the implementation and acting as a commercial sparring partner. The position will involve occasional travel to business offices in Germany and France.

The Finance Business Partner will have the following responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day controlling
• Setting up whole production process and distribution model, which will involve interacting with supply chain controllers
• Develop financial control instruments
• Preparing reports for senior management
• Furthering the business case product for innovation in sales and production
• Preparing KPIs for stakeholders
• Making decisions to best advise commercial and industrial stakeholder (e.g. investments, pricing)

Experience required:

• 3 – 7 years’ experience in an FMCG production environment
• Fluency in German and English, additional language of French beneficial
• University degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Strong experience of production and sales controlling, and financial/business modelling
