Corporate Recruiter, Utrecht, The Netherlands

 

The Role

You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle (including, job posts, sourcing, scheduling interviews, candidate communication and drafting offers) whilst working together closely with hiring managers. Due to high growth, your role will be hands-on but quickly will grow to a strategic influence.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement an Employer Branding Strategy
  • Be a point of contact for all aspects related to recruitment for Europe – start to end of recruitment cycle.
  • Headhunting
  • Work closely with line managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage recruitment software.
  • Organise and develop onboarding plans
  • Implement new methods for candidate sourcing and improve visibility of company culture.
  • Conduct interviews, follow up with candidates, feedback to line managers,

Essentials

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Excellent English communication skills (Dutch speaking a desirable)
  • Master’s degree or Bachelors
  • Experience developing an EVP Strategy
