3x Interim AP Specialist

Utrecht, Netherlands


Our client, a global manufacturing company based in Utrecht are currently looking to recruit an initial 3 Interim AP Specialists for an initial 3 months with the potential for extension.

Working in a team, this project reports in to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities for the Interim AP Specialist:

  • Supporting members of the current team
  • Ensuring all invoices are posted, in accordance of SLA
  • Ensure that invoices are allocated correctly on correct account/cost centre
  • Maintaining the communication with vendors by phone and e-mail regarding their invoices, clearing of backlog
  • Solving the issue of invoices and liaising them with the right department
  • Compliance of VAT invoices
  • Reconciliation weekly

Requirements to be the Interim AP Specialist:

  • Minimum of 2 years AP/AR experience
  • Accuracy and the ability to work with data
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong work ethic
