Working with our high-profile client in the legal sector, this role will give you exposure to high quality technical work in a collaborative, supportive and dynamic environment. You should possess a can do, problem solving approach with a positive outlook.


The Opportunity:

As a CB&A HR Manager you get energy from complex employment issues, but you are just as happy to seek collaboration with the business and corporate departments. You make proposals for business improvement and you advise the board, executive teams, Works Council and HR colleagues on matters including employment conditions, remuneration policy, absenteeism & vitality, ROI and other processes.


You manage 3 HR professionals and are actively involved in various organisation-wide advisory teams with several interesting projects on the agenda.


You will work in a team of 25 HR colleagues with different areas of expertise and areas of focus. A pleasant and driven team with a lot of knowledge, responsibility and a close involvement with the business. You report to the HR director in this position.


Here is what you bring:

  • You'll have the skills to be able to communicate easily at all levels within the organisation
  • You will love analytical work with figures and understand legals of a commercial entity. You are constantly looking for the question behind the question and you are able to explain complex matters in a clear and understandable way
  • HBO / WO working and thinking level in a relevant direction
  • Approximately 5-10 years of experience within HR with demonstrable work experience within the C&B field
  • Experience within a result-oriented work environment with highly trained professionals
  • The latest knowledge and trends within the C&B field
  • You'll create & monitor ROI analytics for main C&B programs
  • You will work with FP&A and Accounting to establish and track annual budgets and review accruals for all staff costs
  • Support the C&B leadership in building and presenting to (E)LT business cases for pitching the department strategic priorities
