HR Officer/Analyst

Job Description

Our client is world renowned in the oil and gas sector and are continuing to grow through a number of acquisitions and organic growth.  Innovation is at the heart of the business as well as a focus on its environmental impact and the health and safety of its workforce. We are currently recruiting a HR professional to join their HR team in The Netherlands which includes a HR Manager, HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist and HR Administrator. You will have a strong background in data management and an interest in HR data and systems.

HR Officer/Analyst , Noord Holland, Netherlands

Your role

• First point of contact for contingent workforce, dealing with queries related to their contract, pay and timesheets
• Receiving requests from internal clients about their contingent workforce needs
• Ensuring all timesheets are completed correctly and details are imported on to the system
• Utilising Excel to manage workforce data
• Ensuring labour charges are allocated to the correct part of the business
• Support in implementing the new workforce system the business is currently building

Experience required

• An understanding of employment contracts
• Ability to answer questions on terms and conditions
• Strong Excel skills – able to manage and manipulate data
• Knowledge of exporting data from an inhouse system
• Experience working for or with a recruitment agency
• Fluent in English and ideally able to read French

The business is open to appointing a junior who has studied HR and can show strong evidence of data management skills or someone more experienced who has operated in a similar position before.
