Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are currently working with an international business as they look for an HR Business Partner for this newly created role. You will act as the liaison between the HQ in China and the Country Human Resources Managers across the EMEA region, ensuring HR strategy and initiatives are translated and implemented at a local level.

Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

  • Work with the Country HR Managers to assess the HR needs in their territory
  • Translate the HQ HR plan to ensure it is suitable for the local markets
  • Implement new processes around recruitment, reward, HRIS and Organisational Development for the EMEA region
  • Interpret HR policies, ensuring they are line with local legislation
  • Support the HR Managers with generalist HR responsibilities where required


Skills required:

  • Experience operating as an HRBP/HR Manager, ideally in a technology-focused business
  • Strong knowledge of talent and organisational development an advantage
  • Able to speak English and Chinese
  • Happy to travel to China when restrictions are lifted
