In collaboration with our client based close to Zurich we are currently seeking an ERP Implementation Leader – Manufacturing to be based out of their corporate HQ. With production sites located across the globe they are a prominent consumer goods business – and with the aim of coordinating improvements in their production processes we are searching for a manufacturing process expert who can join the dots between production and systems as part of a ERP roll-out.
The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience in the implementation of an ERP system into a production/manufacturing environment – this can include and not be exclusive to SAP, JD Edwards and Oracle amongst others. Furthermore, this knowledge will be combined with strong Project Management experience as well as the understanding of end to end Supply Chains and processes including Production Order Management, Production Costs, Plant Logistics, Material Flow and Master Data Management. As ERP Implementation Leader – Manufacturing you will naturally be a strong communicator and have the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in the context of both business and systems terminology.

Educated to Degree or equivalent level
Circa 8+ years working experience in a Business Process, System Implementation or Manufacturing environment
Strong ERP knowledge and understanding of production processes and how this links to ERP system flows
Accustomed to a change environment ideally in an international team
Fluency in English, other language skills would be an advantage
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Working closely with key stakeholders in both Procurement and Supply Chain you will ensure that compliance with supplier contracts are met whilst also carrying out relevant risk assessments to identify uncertainties within the projects and subsequent risk mitigation work. You will contribute to the supplier development program by adding value and taking a mid-term view on all strategic procurement topics whilst ensuring that internal stakeholders are fully supported in their procurement activities and administration of contracts related to project work.
