The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with all product divisions to create the marketing plan and strategy, with a focus on after sales. Working within an outgoing and friendly team, this is a great opportunity for a strategic thinker to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Create and define the single product marketing plan
Define the marketing strategy, focusing on after sales
Develop co-marketing and licensing opportunities
Define pan-European media strategy and execute campaigns
Research and analyse the marketplace to identify new opportunities
Maintain effective internal communications
Required for the role:
Prior experience in the automotive industry is desired, but not essential
Knowledge of after sales marketing, including defining the marketing strategy
Good CRM system understanding
Bachelors degree in marketing or proven experience
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English, any other language beneficial

This role will manage the roll-out of the CRM implementation across the EU, ensuring the countries adapt to the new system, and managing senior stakeholders. Working within a young, international and diverse team, for an innovative company with a positive environment, this is a great opportunity to steer a key project.
Managing a team of 2 people
Understanding the business and steering the ERP implementation
Working with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Plan and deliver CRM strategies
Improve processes linked to customer touch points
Manage the mobile application activities
Required for the role:
Experience of digital engagement and defining marketing strategies
Hands-on and motivated individual able to drive projects
Advanced CRM system knowledge - Salesforce experience would be advantageous
Prior experience or a strong personal interest in the automotive industry
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Fluent in English, any other languages beneficial
