c.10 years experience in an Automated / Robotic environment leading lean projects
Experience of leading production teams towards enhanced KPI objectives
Six Sigma certifications are an advantage
Previously identified, led and successfully concluded operational process enhancements to maximise output
Leadership and people management experience is essential - ideally within a change management program
Fluent in German AND English is a must

In collaboration with our client based close to Zurich we are currently seeking an ERP Implementation Leader – Manufacturing to be based out of their corporate HQ. With production sites located across the globe they are a prominent consumer goods business – and with the aim of coordinating improvements in their production processes we are searching for a manufacturing process expert who can join the dots between production and systems as part of a ERP roll-out.
The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience in the implementation of an ERP system into a production/manufacturing environment – this can include and not be exclusive to SAP, JD Edwards and Oracle amongst others. Furthermore, this knowledge will be combined with strong Project Management experience as well as the understanding of end to end Supply Chains and processes including Production Order Management, Production Costs, Plant Logistics, Material Flow and Master Data Management. As ERP Implementation Leader – Manufacturing you will naturally be a strong communicator and have the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in the context of both business and systems terminology.
