Managing a team of 4-6 analysts
Business partnering across all divisions
Coordinate monthly forecasts on the European market
Develop annual and quarterly plans to drive business development opportunities
Lead and/or participate in key projects to meet business objectives
Oversee development of robust reporting structures and processes across Europe
Required for the role:
Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance related field
Experience in supply chain finance analysis or controlling
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Motivated with ambition to progress
Fluent in English, any other language beneficial

Our client is an international automotive business with ambitious expansion plans. They are currently looking to appoint a Senior FP&A Analyst, to be located near Stuttgart.
Senior FP&A Analyst, Stuttgart, Germany
This is a newly created role that will play part in setting up FP&A function in the businesses and implementation of best practices.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Production, interpretation and distribution of management information
Ensuing the high level of quality and accuracy of data and reports
Performing analysis of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecast
Cooperation with Senior Management
Support FP&A leads in building efficient processes and tools internally
Carry out an ad-hoc analysis & reporting
University degree in Economics or Finance
Very good understanding of business performance, supported by minimum 5-6 years of related experience in Finance/ Managerial analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel
Proactive, hands on approach
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Results orientation with passion for detail
Strong communication skills with fluent English and German
