Your privacy is important to us. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 ("Data Protection laws"). You confirm that you will only enter information about yourself and that such information is true.
Please note that your information will be stored and processed on EMEA Recruitment’s computers in Europe. The laws on holding personal data in the United Kingdom may be less stringent than the laws of your resident country but EMEA Recruitment will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure manner and will control and be responsible for your information. EMEA Recruitment will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties except as described below. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way, please do not register.
Reasonable and appropriate measures are taken to ensure that your personal data (including the information in your CV) is protected from unauthorized access or modification, unlawful destruction and improper use. However, the internet is an open system and EMEA Recruitment can or do guarantee that the personal information you have submitted will not be intercepted by others.
Personal Data
Personal data such as your name, address, telephone number, career history and so on will be collected from you when you register with us and/or apply online and your personal data will be used to manage your registration and application. EMEA Recruitment will use your information for purposes of administering the services in connection with this site.
CVs
It is your responsibility to ensure that your CV is accurate and kept up to date. If you provide details of a referee, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person is aware that you have forwarded his/her details and is happy for you to do so.
After you have attached your CV, press ‘send’. Your CV will be automatically sent to our Nottingham head office, who will be collate candidate details and dispatch to the appropriate branch and consultant. A member of EMEA Recruitment will contact you within 48 hours to inform you that they have received your e-mail.
Your current employer
Your current employer may be a client of EMEA Recruitment, or a client of one of our other clients. EMEA Recruitment will not disclose your CV to any third party without your express consent.
Information About All Visitors
In general, we gather information about all of our users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access the most. We only use such data in the aggregate. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users and how we can continually create a better overall experience for our users. We may share this information with our partners, but only in the aggregate, so that they too may understand how users, collectively, use career areas and this site, so they may create a better overall experience for you, as well.

But we may record and share aggregated information with our partners.
