Our client is a highly respected, multinational healthcare business.

With a Head Office close to Zurich, the company has highly ambitious strategic growth plans on a Global scale.

They are currently looking to hire a Head of Supply Chain Controlling.

The role is based Zurich and will encompass c20% travel to other European countries.

In what is a broad and varied brief, the key responsibilities are to include:

• Managing a team of 4
• Support to the CFO in Business Controlling and challenge and influence the Senior Management across the EMEA region
• Budgeting, leading the planning process, closing and monthly reporting
• Development and implementation of KPIs
• Compliance with IFRS
• Implement and maintain internal control activities
• Participate in Change Management Program
• Assess capital expenditure projects and footprint analysis
• Implementation of global procedures for the supply chain
• Gross Margin Analysis

In order to fulfil the responsibilities within the role, it is envisaged that the candidate should have the following skill set and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably from medical devices, engineering or automotive industry
• Educated to a degree level
• Experience in a global working environment
• Deep skills in SAP R/3 (MM, FI, CO, partly SD), BW skills and Excel
• Proven extensive knowledge of variance analysis, planning, distribution, unit cost, transfer pricing, costing, purchasing, CAPEX and IFRS
• Strong, proactive and direct personality
• Fluency in English is required for this role, knowledge of German
