Due to highly ambitious growth plans, the client is looking to recruit a confident and competent individual into the newly created position of Regional Finance Manager.

In what is a challenging and varied brief, the key responsibilities are to include:
• implement an efficient way to finance manage your high profile region
• drive the region forward to meet short term and long term goals
• act as a business partner between HQ, the subsidiaries and distribution partners across the region
• elaborate improvements and streamline finance processes across the region
• lead and coach the Finance Managers in their separate countries and ensure compliance with the controlling and accounting standards
• train local organisations on tools
• project staff and / or project management when required
• reporting into the FD
• 50% travel

In order to fulfil the responsibilities within the role, it is envisaged that the candidate should have the following skill set and experience:
• Demonstrable experience in controlling
• Accurate work within deadlines
• Enjoy working with complex relationships and be passionate about what you do
• Experience in dealing with commercial people
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• German and English fluent
• SAP and BI knowledge
