With over 10 years in International Finance and Accountancy recruitment, our standards when presenting shortlists to clients set us apart from our competition.  We pride ourselves on being personally recommended to both clients and candidates.

Upon being fully briefed on a vacancy from our client, we aim to present a strong and relevant shortlist of 5 candidates, within a 3 week time scale.  We do this by focusing not only on the technical skills and ability to do the job but also the cultural and personality fit for our client.  We conduct thorough competency-based interviews as well as taking at least 2 references for each candidate that we represent. 

Once we have successfully sourced an individual for a vacancy, we maintain contact with them and you on a regular basis, ensuring we meet both parties on a quarterly basis, giving 360 degree feedback to ensure a value adding long-term partnership.

We are 100% pro-active in our approach, yet we work on a no cure, no fee basis.  By head-hunting for our candidates, this results in EMEA Recruitment Limited representing candidates that other agencies do not have.  This is done through our International network of Finance & Accountancy professionals, managed from a Centralised office, which allows for an efficient and effective response.
